Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase (online only). If items are returned (postmarked) after 7 days, it will not be honored. We reserve the right to decide the outcome of the item.

A gift card will be mailed to the address on file within 7-12 business days after we receive the returned item.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, odors, etc. will not be accepted. Items must be in resalable condition. This includes excessive wrinkling. Please fold your clothing (or similar) merchandise before packaging it for return. If an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable item returned to you, we reserve the right to decide the outcome of the item.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Sweet Repeatz Thrifty Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service will be responsible once packages are shipped.

Sweet Repeatz Thrifty Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Parcel Delivery Service. You will need to check your local Parcel Delivery Service's office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for our store to receive the return, and 7-12 business days for our return department to process the store credit.

Per the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 2 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
