We carefully inspect every pre-loved item before it becomes part of our collection. 

If a pre-loved item has any noticeable flaws, they will be clearly described and photographed whenever possible.

Some specialty items, custom products, or supplier-shipped items may require additional processing time. If that's the case, the estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page.

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply. These fees are determined by your country's customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Some items ship from different locations whether directly from our trusted supplier partners or directly from our boutique. Therefore, they may arrive separately.

Absolutely! During checkout, simply enter the shipping address where you'd like your order delivered. This is perfect for sending gifts directly to family and friends.

Please contact us before returning any item to obtain return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted, as return instructions may vary depending on the item purchased.

Eligible merchandise may be returned for Boutique Credit only if postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns postmarked after the 14-day return window will not be accepted.

Boutique Credit will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. Boutique Credit never expires making it easy to shop whenever you're ready to discover your next Sweet Repeatz treasure.💕

All returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received (as applicable):

Items that arrive with signs of wear, excessive wrinkling, stains, odors, dirt, damage, or are otherwise unsuitable for resale may not be accepted. 

Please fold clothing (and similar merchandise) before packaging your return. Be sure to properly wrap and protect all items during shipment to prevent damage in transit. 

If a return does not meet our eligibility requirements, it may be rejected and returned to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, Sweet Repeatz Thrifty Boutique reserves the right to dispose of or donate the merchandise.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We also recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information, as Sweet Repeatz Thrifty Boutique is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 

If we've made an error with your order and you receive the wrong item, or an item arrives with undisclosed damage, Sweet Repeatz Thrifty Boutique will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs whenever appropriate. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. 

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please first check with neighbors, members of your household, and your local carrier. 

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. 

Packages refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges and any fees assessed by the shipping carrier. These amounts may be deducted from any Boutique Credit issued.

Because many of our items are available in limited quantities—or are one-of-a-kind pre-loved finds—we're unable to offer traditional exchanges.

If you'd like a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order while your eligible return is being processed.

Approved returns are issued as Boutique Credit, which never expires and can be used on any future eligible purchase.

Sweet Repeatz Thrifty Boutique does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases if an item is later discounted, marked down, or included in a promotional sale.
